Vero Motion Legend Add-On 6DOF Upgrade Base

The Legend Add-On is how a Vero Motion Champion becomes a Legend. It is the full Legend motion base — an aluminum extrusion platform carrying one surge actuator and two traction-loss actuators — built to sit under your existing Champion GT or GTR and add the three axes a 3DOF system cannot: surge, sway and traction loss.

Surge puts acceleration and braking through your body front to back. The front and rear traction-loss actuators move the rig sideways and let the rear rotate, which is what lets you feel oversteer arrive and catch it on instinct. Each actuator runs at 250 mm/s with 180 mm of stroke and 80 kg of force.

The base ships assembled with its exterior and internal controllers, E-stop and LED lighting, and runs through SimHub on PC with a 3-year Vero Motion warranty. Note that the Champion actuators are not included — if you are starting from scratch, the Legend GT or Legend GTR bundles both halves in one order.
