Conspit 50-70mm PCD Adapter

A 50 to 70 mm PCD adapter plate for Conspit quick releases. Conspit quick releases use a three-bolt 50 mm pattern; most third-party steering wheels are cut to 70 mm. This plate bridges the two so an existing wheel bolts onto a Conspit base.
